Current owner assumer control of company in 2011. Owner also does all estimating. 100% commercial, flat membrane roofs. Revenues reported as trending upward. This is a UNION contractor.
Took over from retiring owner in 2011. Works with GCs, but prefers working directly with owners. Lots of public work. All retail. This owner would like to stay on for the long term, and currently supervises a staff of 25 installers.
